Purchases made through the website https://reprotect.es/ are managed by the Spanish company GOLDROACH, (hereinafter “GOLDROACH”), domiciled at C / Joaquim Auger, No. 52, 08830 Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona) Spain, with tax identification number 47659705W, with the email address hello@goldroach.com.
The purchase of the products offered through the website implies the acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in these General Conditions of Purchase, so, before proceeding with their acceptance, carefully read their content. If you do not accept these General Conditions of Purchase, it will not be carried out and, consequently, it will not entail the assumption of any type of obligation or responsibility by GOLDROACH.
By placing an order through the website, the Buyer declares that he has the legal capacity to make purchases online.
To place an order, the Buyer must follow each of the procedures of the purchase procedure provided on the website.
Object
The website https://goldroach.com/ allows you to purchase approved masks, adjusted to the operating requirements based on the UNE 0065 Specification of reusable hygienic masks for adults and children. The purchase of masks through our website is subject to the General Conditions of Purchase presented in this document.
Buyer’s obligations
In order to acquire masks and be able to contractually link through our website, you (hereinafter “you” and / or the “Buyer”) must be at least 18 years of age, as well as have sufficient legal capacity to be able to subscribe the present contract.
You guarantee that the personal data you provide to GOLDROACH are true and exact, and you agree to notify any change or modification of the same.
You agree and undertake not to use the content that is available on the website at any time in any way that may constitute a violation of any rule or an attempt on morality, good customs or the image and good professional name of GOLDROACH.
You are aware, and voluntarily accept, that the use of the Service takes place, in any case, under your sole and exclusive responsibility, for which you will be liable for damages of any nature that GOLDROACH may suffer as a consequence of the breach of any of the obligations to which it is subject under these Terms and Conditions.
Goldroach responsibilities
GOLDROACH does not guarantee the level of operation of the Internet network. The service may not be available or may be limited at any time and for any reason beyond our control, be it for emergencies, connection overload, link failure, network equipment problems, transfers or signal strength. GOLDROACH is not responsible for data, messages or pages lost or not saved due to performance problems by the Internet service.
In addition to the aforementioned, and to the extent permitted by law and except as provided in the rest of the legal information on the website, such as Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, in no GOLDROACH case will be responsible for personal, accidental, special, direct or indirect damages, including, without limit, damages for loss of benefits, loss of data or related to the use or impossibility of using the website.
The purchase
Registration on the website will not be necessary to purchase masks. However, to formalize the purchase you must complete the “purchase form”, where you will provide us with the necessary information to process the shipment of the product.
Price and payment of the product
The price for each mask will be indicated in euros at the time of purchase on the website. The amount includes all applicable taxes at all times, as well as shipping costs.
In the process of purchasing the website you have a payment gateway, which will allow you to make the payment by using your debit and / or credit card. Payment methods include Credit/Debit Card (Stripe). You may request GOLDROACH to issue an invoice for the purchase of our product that will be sent via email or receive the paper invoice free of charge.
Once the payment is made, the buyer will receive from GOLDROACH an email in their email account assigned for this purpose, informing that the purchase and payment have been made correctly.

The sale of masks is subject to availability. In case of lack of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase with the corresponding refund of the amount to the Buyer.
Shipping & returns
Shipping and Delivery
The shipping costs are detailed below:

Europe: € 13.00 (Free on orders over € 100) 3-5 D
Rest of the world: € 15.00 (Free on orders over € 100) 5-7 D
In any case, the shipping costs will be expressed in euros prior to the payment of the product purchased through our website.
You must indicate a postal address where you want to receive the order placed. We recommend that you use the postal address where you can ensure that someone can receive the package during business hours, that is, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
We ship to the mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
You will receive your order in a maximum of 5 calendar days from when it has been processed. Likewise, the status of your order will be communicated to the email address provided by you at all times, that is, when it has been processed, when it is ready for shipment and when it has left the warehouse. You will receive a code that will identify your order in order to track its status.
GOLDROACH will not be responsible in any case for errors in the delivery of the product that may arise from incorrect data provided by the Buyer. In the event that this involves a delay in delivery, GOLDROACH will immediately inform the Buyer. The costs arising from this circumstance will be borne by the Buyer.
Returns
You have fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal since you have possession of the product. For this, the mask must be in perfect condition, return it in its original state, in its original packaging, without a trace of use and without having been unsealed, for reasons of hygiene and health prevention. Otherwise, GOLDROACH may reject your refund request, based on article 103 section e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers. and Users and other complementary laws.

The costs derived from the return of the product will be borne by GOLDROACH in the event that it is found to be defective. The following email address is put hello@goldroach.com so that the Buyer can manage the return of their product for any of the cases mentioned in this paragraph.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised and the product has been returned, GOLDROACH will return to the Buyer the full amount of the purchase in a period not exceeding fourteen (14) days from the notification by the Buyer of the exercise of his right of withdrawal That is, since the Buyer sends the email mentioned in the previous paragraph.
The property and risks of loss of the order will pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery. This risk will remain the responsibility of the Buyer in case of return, until the product is delivered to GOLDROACH.
Guarantee
GOLDROACH guarantees that the masks comply with the characteristics agreed on the website.
In the event that the product does not satisfy the conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph, GOLDROACH will repair or replace it. For this, the Buyer must notify GOLDROACH of the disagreement or defect of the product via email info@goldroach.com or the expected claim forms, and always within forty (40) days from the date of such failure. For its part, GOLDROACH may request information and / or product images from the Buyer to verify that the defects are not attributable to the company, with the Buyer having to collaborate in such purpose.
Claims

GOLDROACH will respond to your request as soon as possible, and never within a period of more than one (1) month from the receipt of the complaint or claim.
Independence of clausules
If any of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions is null and void or voidable, it will be deemed not to have been set. Said declaration of nullity will not invalidate the rest of the document, which will maintain its validity and effectiveness between the Buyer and GOLDROACH.
Aplicable legislation
In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation and / or application of the General Conditions of Purchase, the competent Courts will be those provided by the applicable legal regulations in the competent jurisdiction of consumers and users.

Modification of the purchase conditions
GOLDROACH reserves the right to modify this Purchase Terms and Conditions document at any time.
